J Warwick Waterproofing

A few of our recent commercial projects

We take pride and joy in our work which is reflected through our positive testimonials and repeat customers

Leicester Square, London

A.Edmonds & Co have created 17 bespoke shop fronts and canopies made nearly entirely from bronze. J.Warwick was contacted to explore a few different possibilities and options to best suit the waterproofing need of the customer, with both durability and the final finish in mind. We used Icopal Enviroflex to complete the project, forming a waterproof barrier on top of the canopies. If liquid waterproofing is something you have or are considering on your home or business, don’t hesitate to get in contact and let J.Warwick give you the free quotation or any advice you may need.

University of Surrey Halls of Residence

Undertaking a large commercial project at the new University of Surrey halls of residence. We externally waterproofed the two large buildings using a torch on double layer tanking system. Working closely with the bricklaying company we managed to compete all the tanking in 7 weeks allowing the project to move forward on time and in budget. For this contract we used Icopal Impera torch on membrane.

Elephant and Castle

Working in a large basement our client was worried about internal and rising damp as the basement would be used as a living space. We used an Icopal primer on the walls and floor, and then applied Icopal Impera membrane across the whole basement, creating a waterproof barrier leaving the builders happy to fit out the living space, comfortable it will be free from damp.

New Zealand

Whilst working on a large industrial roof we were tasked with ripping out and re-installing the central and edge cutters, taking up the old and leaking rubber membrane. We replaced these old gutters with the new TPO lining leaving the building watertight and the customer satisfied.
